We offer 5 year parts and in-factory labor warranty and 10 years parts availability for all of our signs.
Unlike some of our competitors, our signs are designed with the future in mind. In 10 years if there is a problem with the embedded controller inside of your sign, it can be replaced with the current generation control system rather than a refurbished 10 year old controller.
Our LED signs are made up of individual 9.45″ x 9.45″ modules. When you order a sign from us, we include a spare module and power supply inside of the sign, so if there ever is a problem, it can be fixed immediately without delay. After the part is replaced, the defective part can be sent back to us for repair (module) or replacement (power supply). Additional spare parts can be provided upon request.
